Job Details

Seeking a Senior Project Manager (PM3) to support a multi-year Treasury modernization project. Role involves managing large ERP (Oracle/SAP) integrations, leading cross-functional teams, overseeing project schedules, budgets, risks, and change management. Must work in a fast-paced, multi-vendor government environment.

 

Senior ERP Systems Integration Project Manager Expertise:

Oracle/SAP ERP experience; led global ERP programs with 20+ team members and $750M+ budgets.

10+ years of project management experience.

PMO governance, leadership, and oversight of technical architecture teams.

Experience integrating multiple SaaS solutions.

Ability to manage and maintain large-scale project schedules (5,000+ lines).

Background as a developer or senior technical PM.

Basic Duties:

Use the State’s PPM tool (Clarity) for schedules, resource assignments, and budget management.

Prepare executive/technical presentations and project communications.

Monitor and manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, quality, and resources.

Provide clear and proactive communication to sponsors, team members, and management.

Lead collaboration between business and technical teams and ensure alignment.

Develop and maintain core SUITE PMM deliverables:

Project Charter

Project Schedule

Project Budget

Communication Plan

Status Reports

Risk & Issue Logs

Change Requests

Project Closedown Summary

Manage cross-agency communication and dependencies.

Ensure adherence to SUITE PMM and SEM methodologies.

Facilitate change management and ensure all Change Requests are properly approved.

Create Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for yellow/red projects.

Understand business benefits and ensure updates when changes occur.

Review vendor contracts, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance.

Facilitate stakeholder alignment and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
