- 5+ years of experience as a healthcare domain analyst and consultant
- 5+ years of experience in business process modeling and re-engineering efforts
- Experience in reviewing the current state business process documents.
- Thorough understanding of one or more healthcare functional domains such as: enrollment, billing, claims, care, underwriting.
- Develop new business process maps (Level0, Level 1 and Leve2) by working with many business stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in interacting with business stakeholders and elaborate process maps.
- Interact with technical stakeholders to obtain process to application dependencies.
- should be self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in any business process modeling tools would be an advantage.
