Senior React Engineer (TypeScript + Tailwind CSS)

*** This is a 100% remote job, however the employee must be in the USA to work on our managed devices and IP address.

What We re Looking For

We re looking for a Senior React Engineer with strong experience in modern front-end development especially React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. You ll be part of a collaborative team of engineers and product builders focused on delivering high-quality user experiences and performant interfaces. We value curiosity, adaptability, and thoughtful problem solving, and we re always exploring better ways to build, ship, and scale.

Your Role Will Include:

• Building and refining responsive, elegant, and high-performance UIs using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Collaborating with full-stack engineers, Node.js developers, and the product team to deliver new features at a fast pace
• Translating product specs and design mocks into highly interactive, real-world applications
• Thinking deeply about the scalability of components and long-term maintenance of them.
• Exploring, adopting, and integrating emerging frontend tooling to improve developer velocity and code quality
• Maintaining high standards for accessibility, performance, and code clarity
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of front-end development experience, with a strong focus on React + TypeScript
• Deep fluency with Tailwind CSS and a passion for clean, scalable component styling
• Comfort with fast-paced startup environments and ambiguity
• A builder s mindset: comfortable picking up new tools and trying new approaches
• Bonus: Experience with Node.js or familiarity with the MERN stack
• Bonus: Experience with AI-powered development tools like Cursor and Lovable
