Roles and Responsibilities:
Resource should work as AMS Consultant and Provide Support (in US PST business hours) to the client.
Should handle incident, service requests and problem tickets within SLA.
Should monitor Daily Integration activities and data loads.
Should interact with client closely and assist to find the root cause and resolution.
Should work with Offshore team and ensure ticket are resolved and review deliverables as required
Must have skills:
Experienced and certified in Kinaxis Authoring, Integration & administration activities.
Strong knowledge of Resource Authoring (Workbook, forms, Worksheets ) Must have knowledge in L3 support activities like on call, Service Now, Incident, Service Request and Problem tickets.

To support a new Kinaxis implementation which went live recently and to stabilize the system and reduce number of incidents.
