This is a mature, global Oracle Cloud implementation across multiple countries. You ll be responsible for configuring OTL, writing or translating Fast Formulas, and owning delivery for multiple countries.</><>? Key Responsibilities:
Configure Time & Labor based on pre-gathered country requirements
Build or design Fast Formulas for time/leave rules
Translate functional requirements to tech specs for offshore teams
Troubleshoot and modify rules as needed
Support testing and UAT cycles
Collaborate with a global team on an aggressive timeline</>
