Responsibilities:

• Work across multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver organization objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects
• Develop strong partnerships with engineering leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives
• Own and manage program and portfolio planning, execution of roadmap, and engineering operations for multiple verticals
• Drive alignments and prioritization across all technology initiatives, manage roadmap for a single consistent view, and lead communications
• Build strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to ensure program success
• Lead planning and execution of roadmaps, releases, and backlogs
• Identify risks, resolve project conflicts, and establish resolution paths
• Report on project status, risks, and mitigation plans
• Create a collaborative work environment promoting transparency, autonomy, and continuous learning
• Coach and mentor others in best practices of modern planning and execution

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering program management experience
• Strong background working with cross-functional teams, engineering leadership, and technical contributors
• Experience managing large-scale, high-impact programs and organization-wide processes
• Direct experience driving technical initiatives including process development and execution
• Knowledge of technical ecosystems and engineering program management practices
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects/programs across locations
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability to shifting priorities
• Security domain experience is a plus
