Full Stack Program Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Mode of hiring: Contract / Fulltime
No. of Positions: 1
Responsibilities:
- Work across multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver organization objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects
- Develop strong partnerships with engineering leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives
- Own and manage program and portfolio planning, execution of roadmap, and engineering operations for multiple verticals
- Drive alignments and prioritization across all technology initiatives, manage roadmap for a single consistent view, and lead communications
- Build strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to ensure program success
- Lead planning and execution of roadmaps, releases, and backlogs
- Identify risks, resolve project conflicts, and establish resolution paths
- Report on project status, risks, and mitigation plans
- Create a collaborative work environment promoting transparency, autonomy, and continuous learning
- Coach and mentor others in best practices of modern planning and execution
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering program management experience
- Strong background working with cross-functional teams, engineering leadership, and technical contributors
- Experience managing large-scale, high-impact programs and organization-wide processes
- Direct experience driving technical initiatives including process development and execution
- Knowledge of technical ecosystems and engineering program management practices
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects/programs across locations
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Security domain experience is a plus
