Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Product Support Intern role located in New Jersey, United States. The Product Support Intern will be responsible for providing customer support, analyzing product issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effective communication.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain major)
Passion for solving customers problems and making their lives easier
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:
- Previous experience in product support or customer service
- Technical knowledge in IT services
