Title: Application Production Support

Location: NYC,NY , Jersey City, NJ, Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC, Phoenix, AZ

Mode: Full Time

High level JD:

  • 6+ years of experience in Application Production Support in Linux platform.
  • Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill
  • Good experience in scripting Shell, Automations
  • Well versed with ITIL - Incident Change Release management
  • Basic knowledge of Middleware technologies - Apache Tomcat
  • Good experience on application monitoring tool like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Premetheus.
  • Good experience in AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.
  • Good experience in DevOps CI CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, uDeploy etc
  • Knowledge of Banking domain (preferable)
  • Handle outage calls efficiently, triage any issues, and fix them.
  • Do Root Cause Analysis of repetitive and problem issues.
  • Report issues and resolve as per process and documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of Database - Oracle SQL
  • Good understanding of Infrastructure Technologies like Linux, Windows, MW, Database
  • Good to have knowledge of AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.
  • Good to have DevOps SRE, Automation, cloud knowledge.
