Job Details
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist VIP / C-Suite to provide white-glove, personalized IT support to executive leadership, including C-level and senior stakeholders. This role ensures a seamless and uninterrupted technology experience through proactive management of digital tools, devices, and services. You will serve as the face of IT for top executives delivering high-touch service and ensuring a world-class digital experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated 1:1 IT support to C-suite executives, chiefs of staff, and executive assistants.
Deliver on-demand troubleshooting for hardware, software, mobile, and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, AV systems).
Conduct proactive device health checks using tools like Intune, JAMF Pro, or Nexthink to minimize downtime.
Manage technology refresh cycles for VIP users ensuring zero downtime and white-glove device setup.
Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for executive technology needs.
Partner with infrastructure, network, and app teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation of VIP tech profiles and preferences.
Provide after-hours or on-call support for critical events or executive meetings.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in ESM Desktop Management
5+ years of client-facing IT support experience, with 2+ years supporting executives or VIP users
Strong proficiency in:
Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, AV/Printing platforms
Hands-on experience with:
Windows Autopilot
Apple Business Manager, Intune, JAMF Pro
EntraID (basic troubleshooting)
Exceptional troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) and remote support platforms
High professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with digital workplace experience tools (Nexthink, Lakeside)
Experience supporting international executives across time zones
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience
Experience in a hybrid or global enterprise environment
Work Environment
Onsite presence required at executive locations and during key events
Flexibility for occasional travel and after-hours support as needed
