Bonitasoft Platform experience is a Must.

The Subject Matter Expert (Senior) defines requirements, performs analyses, and develops plans and requirements for systems. The area of expertise may be related to a specific discipline required by the State agency including, but not limited to: information technology, health care, education, public safety, social services, human resources, transportation, and environment. Requires expertise in the formulation of specifications and in the execution of technical initiatives in vertical areas.

Education: This position requires a Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in the specific discipline required by the State. (Note: A Master s degree or Ph. D. degree is preferred.)

General Experience: The proposed candidate must have at least twelve (12) years of relevant industry experience in the discipline is required.

Specialized Experience: The proposed candidate must have at least ten (10) years of combined new and related older technical experience in the IT field directly related to the required area of expertise

Duties, Special Knowledge, & Skills:

  • Must be able to analyze information requirements.
  • Must be able to evaluate problems in workflow, organization, and planning.
  • Must be able to design Workflow based solutions
  • Expert in BonitaSoft Platform
  • Design and support implementation of BonitaSoft Platform based solutions.
  • Threat Modeling and Vulnerability Assessment: Identify and analyze potential vulnerabilities in systems and networks, developing strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Security Implementation and Configuration: Design, implement, and manage security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security software.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure that systems and data adhere to security standards, regulations, and policies, often including ISO 27001, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
  • Security Incident Response: Investigate and respond to security breaches, including containment, eradication, and recovery.
  • Security Auditing and Compliance Auditing: Perform security audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Incident Response Planning and Execution: Participate in incident response planning, development, and execution.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, security protocols, and security technologies.
  • Security Concepts: Familiarity with security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze security threats, identify vulnerabilities, and develop solutions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Security Certifications: Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISM are often required or preferred.
