Description
The Sr. Compliance Analyst provides specialized business governance and compliance guidance and support for a business or functional area and implements policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet business governance and control objectives. May provide complex reporting, analysis, testing and assessments at the functional or enterprise level and is generally a lead or SME for a given area/function.

Depth & Scope:
This is for the consumer compliance team. They run the gambit in terms of products such as secured - mortgage, auto, credit cards and deposits. They have a QC independent testing function where they look at previous data of month or data from before that to perform compliance testing. Testing to make sure they're in compliance for consumer laws rules and regs.
Rolling out brand new testing program to oversee regulatory requirements from consumer perspective. This program will be enhanced and will require a lot of full time employees to get this rolling.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $49.00/hr.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience conducting QA on Testing compliance law, rule and regulation testing - will need to see the regulations displayed on the resume
- Must have strong understanding around US consumer compliance regs and testing/ testing oversight (compliance, audit, etc.) in consumer compliance
- 3 - 5 years of regulatory compliance QA testing experience
- Recent banking or financial services experience required
- Experience with regulations such as FCRA, UDAAP, Truth in Lending Act (TILA), HMDA, ECOA, Credit Card and Payment Services etc.

- Need contractors to support the execution of testing
- Skill sets: understanding of consumer compliance regulations and transactional/compliance testing, testing oversight, internal audit, but all in consumer compliance space. Pulling documentation, looking at transactions, and determining did we comply or not.
- SME level professional role requiring in-depth business knowledge/expertise in own domain/field of specialty and working knowledge of broader related areas
- Applies best practices to implement process, product or service improvements
- Leads projects of moderately to complex risk and resource requirements; may lead end-to end processes or functional programs
- Contributes to setting standards within area of expertise
- Solves complex problems requiring analysis of multiple variables, including consultation with multiple stakeholders
- Uses advanced methods to contribute to new solutions and recommend standards against which others will operate
- Interprets guidelines, standards, policies and results of analysis to inform decision making at sr. levels
- Works independently as a SME or lead and guides others within area of expertise
