About the Company
A global AI-powered manufacturing firm is seeking a highly capable and ambitious Operations & HR Lead. Specializing in the production of precision components for industries such as robotics, medical technology, and semiconductors, the company leverages cutting-edge automation and proprietary software to streamline the supply chain from quote to delivery.

Position Summary
This is a hybrid role combining elements of business operations, talent management, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will work closely with the executive team to drive organizational efficiency, lead strategic initiatives, and help scale the business. With the right background, this individual may evolve into a Chief of Staff or Head of HR role.

This role is particularly focused on expanding market reach across the U.S. and identifying new clients who require complex, low-volume, high-precision manufacturing solutions.

Core Responsibilities
  • Partner with the executive team to execute high-impact projects and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Develop and manage lead generation strategies targeting U.S.-based clients in robotics, medtech, semiconductors, and other high-spec industries
  • Act as a bridge between the technical team and prospective clients, translating capabilities into tailored solutions
  • Attend and represent the company at relevant conferences, client meetings, and networking events
  • Oversee and improve internal workflows, systems, and team processes to support growth
  • Take ownership of the sales funnel-from outreach and qualification to proposals and closing deals
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and organizational planning as the team expands
  • Ensure tight alignment between what's promised in sales and what's delivered by operations

What We're Looking For
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations, business development, or sales, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial technology environment
  • Strong track record of closing B2B deals and managing enterprise-level relationships
  • Skilled communicator who can simplify complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments with minimal oversight
  • Knowledge of supply chains, production methods, and industrial workflows
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or technical field) is a bonus
  • Comfortable with domestic travel (up to 30%)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in precision machining, hardware startups, or highly regulated sectors such as medtech or aerospace
  • Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, or HR leadership capacity
  • Familiarity with AI or automation technologies applied in manufacturing
  • Exposure to international manufacturing or supplier networks

What You'll Gain
  • Direct access to company leadership and influence over strategic decisions
  • Equity in a high-growth, venture-backed manufacturing tech firm
  • A unique opportunity to shape the operations of an industry-disrupting business
  • Engagement with bleeding-edge AI technology transforming how things are made
