Advantage Technical is now hiring an Electromechanical Assembler in Beverly, MA to support cutting-edge production with a global leader in advanced technology. Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00pm - 6:30am

Pay: $22/hr. (15% shift differential) + full shift caf service, coffee, refreshments and dinner



Key Responsibilities:


  • Assemble components such as cables, sensors, and motors per technical documentation

  • Interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs

  • Use hand tools and test equipment for assembly and inspection

  • Perform soldering, crimping, and wire harness work

  • Follow cleanroom and ESD procedures

  • Document work in ERP systems (e.g., Opcenter)

  • Report defects or discrepancies to supervisors

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support lean/5S practices

  • Adhere to all safety and quality standards


This is an entry level position; training will be provided!
