Location : 100% Remote (USA)
Salary : $130K Per annum (Gross) + benefits
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee software license management and compliance using Flexera.
- Analyze software usage data to optimize license allocation and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with vendor agreements and prepare for audits.
- Identify underutilized licenses and opportunities for tool consolidation.
- Collaborate with procurement, security, and IT teams to streamline software management.
- Support the deployment and operation of Flexera agents across devices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Flexera-related issues.
- Work with security and compliance teams to ensure data privacy and policy adherence.
- Required Skillset:
- Hands-on experience with Flexera or similar ITAM tools.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting software usage and license data.
- Knowledge of software licensing models (SaaS, on-prem, cloud).
- Understanding of compliance, audit, and security requirements.
- Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards.
