Overview:

We are actively seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to lead a brownfield upgrade from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. This is a high-priority, proactive requisition for a strategic digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a minimum of 10 years' experience in SAP, capable of managing full lifecycle implementations and fostering strong alignment across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA using a brownfield approach, minimizing operational disruption.

Develop a comprehensive roadmap and implementation strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including internal SAP functional and technical resources, business stakeholders, and external vendors/system integrators.

Oversee data migration planning, execution, validation, and reconciliation processes.

Drive business process optimization and reengineering efforts across Finance, Procurement, and Payroll domains.

Ensure robust testing efforts (unit, integration, regression, and UAT) are conducted and successful.

Implement organizational change management (OCM) strategies and risk mitigation plans to ensure project success.

Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing transparent reporting, risk analysis, and strategic input.

Promote a servant leadership culture, focusing on empowerment, collaboration, and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of SAP experience, including leadership of multiple full-cycle implementations.

Proven success managing at least one SAP S/4HANA brownfield upgrade.

Deep functional knowledge in SAP FI/CO (Finance), MM (Procurement), and HCM/HR (Payroll).

Strong experience in data migration, including tools, planning, and execution.

Solid foundation in SAP testing methodologies and execution strategies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

A collaborative and proactive mindset, capable of navigating complex environments and ensuring team alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, SAFe Agile, or SAP S/4HANA certifications.

Experience with large-scale, multi-national SAP rollouts.

Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.
