Network/Cloud Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Network/Cloud Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining networking and cloud solutions utilizing SonicWall, Cato, Meraki, and Azure Cloud, as well as supporting telecommunication systems such as Zoom Phones and Zoom Conference Rooms. The ideal candidate will also have strong project management skills, hands-on migration experience, and a thorough understanding of network security, cloud computing, and telecommunication systems. A background in legal operations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage secure network infrastructure solutions utilizing SonicWall, Cato Networks, and Meraki devices and software.
• Implement and manage cloud-based infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Support and configure Zoom Phones and Zoom Conference Rooms, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
• Lead and manage network/cloud migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions to new environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement network security protocols to protect company data and assets.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of systems.
• Manage the deployment and configuration of telecommunication solutions (Zoom Phones, Zoom Rooms) to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support for network/cloud systems and telecommunication solutions, resolving escalated technical issues.
• Plan and execute network and cloud infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, system architectures, and procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in cloud computing, networking, and telecommunication systems.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with SonicWall/SonicWall NSM, Cato Networks, Meraki, and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with Zoom Phones and Zoom Conference Rooms setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in managing network/cloud migrations and leading related projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of network security best practices and tools.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Experience working in or knowledge of Legal Operations and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools for cloud and network environments.
• Ability to design disaster recovery and business continuity solutions for cloud and on-premises systems.
• Experience supporting Zoom Phone Systems and Zoom Room installations in an enterprise environment

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience working in Systems / Network
• 5+ years of experience working in Azure clouds
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on security and efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Certifications

• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) or similar credentials
