Pay: $30 - $36 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot operational systems, software, telecom, workstations, printers, and network issues in a diverse environment.


• Coordinate, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming tickets, calls, and emails.


• Complete projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision.


• Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of the customer to appropriate personnel/vendor.


• Maintains passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the IT environment.


• Maintains an inventory of all equipment, hardware, software, and IT supplies and provides reports as needed.


• Communicate with vendors as needed.


• Travel required between facilities is 20 to 40 percent.


• Perform a daily check and report of major equipment in server/data rooms, including, but not limited to, UPS, firewalls, network switches, and all physical servers, for any visual/audio signs of hardware failures.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of IT experience required.


• Ability to be a self-starter with little supervision.


• Knowledge and ability to support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Mac.
