Job Description

These Dynamics Functional Consultants will be working with the MSFT Technical product owner, customer SME s and interfacing with the MSFT Architect, Technical Lead & developers.

They will be working on taking User Stories and creating designs in Dynamics as well as completing configuration for modules.

We need Techno functional combination (Functional(60%) Technical(40%))

  • This is on D365, Customer is using Ver 2 for D365 and Ver 9.5 for Portal which are the latest versions.
  • This application is for Child Welfare and will contain the following modules: Intake, Investigation, Case Management, Services, Providers, Finance, Reporting.

The person will primarily work with the MSFT Technical PO and will interface with functional SME s from the Child Welfare agency. They will also work closely with the technical off shore team to assist in clarifying user stories, align on technical possibilities, perform configuration in D365 and contribute to the demo/walk throughs at sprint completion.

  • User Stories may cross ALL modules that are listed in the second bullet, but focus will generally be on one module at a time for the Functional consultant role. User Stories may also include technical user stories as well. The resource should have a strong background in Dynamics and can interface with the MSFT Technical Product Owner for clarification on user stories created for the system.

The role would interface daily with the development team that is in India (Off Shore) as well as the Technical Architect/Lead who are in PST and HST. Technical guidance will be provided by the Technical lead and Architect. The role would NOT be responsible for reviewing other s development code/config, but would review developed functionality for completeness.
