Title: Workday Systems Analyst
Location: Hybrid, Denver Metropolitan area
Pay: 125,000-150,000


Our customer is seeking a highly motivated Workday Systems Analyst to join their team and take ownership of the Workday application on the Human Capital Management (HCM) side. This role offers the opportunity to participate in a Workday implementation project, gain hands-on experience through go-live, and then serve as the primary Workday administrator and support resource.


The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of HR processes, capable of working independently while collaborating closely with HR and implementation teams.


Key Responsibilities



  • Participate in the Workday HCM implementation and partner with HR throughout the deployment process.

  • Take ownership of the Workday HCM application post-go-live, serving as the primary system administrator and internal support resource.

  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes and support HR-related workflows.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with HR to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

  • Provide guidance and support to HR stakeholders on Workday features and reporting.

  • Ensure best practices are followed for system management and process optimization.


Qualifications



  • 6+ months of Workday HCM administration experience (experience participating in an implementation is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of HR business processes such as onboarding, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and learning.

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage the application as a single-person team.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Workday HCM Core Certification is a plus.
