Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic Market Insights Manager to lead primary market research initiatives and provide strategic insights that drive business decisions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global marketing teams and represent the voice of the consumer and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end primary market research studies, ensuring actionable insights are delivered to support business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and develop comprehensive learning plans.
  • Design and manage research initiatives, including qualitative and quantitative studies, to address key business questions.
  • Analyze data and present findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Engage with research vendors to negotiate and enhance the overall research program.
  • Maintain a knowledge management portal for insights and research findings.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in managing primary market research, preferably in the healthcare or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in statistical software being a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling through data.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with online research platforms and survey programming tools.
  • Familiarity with BASES methods and forecasting research.
  • A Master’s degree in Marketing Research, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in international market research is a plus.
