Job Description:

Our Client is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant PeopleSoft to lead the planning and migration efforts of its outdated ERP platform to a modern cloud-based ERP system. This is a hybrid position based in Austin, Texas, and requires local onsite collaboration. The ideal candidate must bring 14+ years of ERP expertise, including hands-on experience with PeopleSoft, ERP analysis, cloud ERP implementation, and project management in the education sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP system analysis, planning, and migration from legacy PeopleSoft to a cloud-based platform.

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather functional and technical requirements.

  • Provide guidance and project oversight for ERP implementation tailored to educational institutions.

  • Ensure seamless integration of financial, purchasing, payment, and student information systems.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive change management and user adoption.

Required Skills:

  • 14 15+ years of ERP consulting experience

  • PeopleSoft ERP Migration expertise

  • Cloud-based ERP Implementation

  • ERP Project Management

  • Financial & Purchasing Systems Integration
