Overview

Seeking an experienced professional to design, develop, and implement integrated solutions leveraging SharePoint, Power BI, Python, and Power Automate. This role focuses on optimizing business processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and streamlining enterprise collaboration using Microsoft technologies and Python scripting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for business insights.
  • Integrate and automate SharePoint Online/On-Premises environments for document management and workflow optimization.
  • Build and manage Power Automate workflows to automate business processes, notifications, approvals, and data movement between Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Write Python scripts for advanced data processing, cleansing, and custom visualizations within Power BI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze datasets, and deliver actionable intelligence solutions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, security, and compliance of data across integrations and workflows.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users on solutions developed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint (Online or On-Premises), including site administration, document libraries, and custom list management.
  • Experience building automated workflows using Power Automate (formerly Flow) for both internal and cross-platform processes.
  • Strong Python programming skills focused on data transformation, analysis, and integration in BI environments.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and integrating multiple data sources into unified solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in data warehousing, advanced ETL pipelines, or cloud BI deployments.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps), REST APIs, or R scripting.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, or Power Platform.

  • In person onsite in Dover, DE at the company site.
