Job Description:
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
  • The Research Operations Specialist will design and maintain scalable research workflows, manage research tools and systems, support documentation and data governance, and ensure that research insights are accessible and reusable.
  • This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and supports compliance, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement across the research operations function.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain scalable research workflows, including participant recruitment, study logistics, documentation standards, and data governance.
  • Manage and optimize research tools and support onboarding and training for researchers.
  • Build and maintain research repositories, templates, and dashboards for insight accessibility and reuse.
  • Collaborate with the research manager and operations team to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets.
  • Ensure research practices align with privacy, security, and ethical standards, including consent and data handling protocols.
  • Work closely with UX researchers, strategists, designers, engagement teams, operations, and stakeholders to align operational support with project needs.
  • Identify gaps in research operations and propose solutions that improve efficiency and impact.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a research operations role or equivalent.
  • Proven experience building and scaling research operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with research tools, recruitment platforms, and repositories (e.g., UserTesting, Qualtrics, Maze, Miro, UserInterviews).
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and the research lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones with globally distributed teams.
Should Have:
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or employee-facing product environments.
  • Familiarity with service design, enterprise research, product design, or UX strategy.
  • Background in operations, research, data science, information systems, or related fields.
  • Experience with knowledge management systems and research repositories.
  • Ability to develop and maintain dashboards for operational metrics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.

Qualification And Education:
  • Background or education in operations, research, data science, information systems, or related fields preferred.
