Job Title: Project Coordinator / Onboarding Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Overview:
We are seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator / Onboarding Specialist to join our team and manage the onboarding and offboarding process for contingent workers. This role follows our proven hiring success model prioritizing personality, motivation, and organizational strength over prior IT or HR onboarding experience. Ideal candidates will have less than 3 years of post-college experience, a self-starter mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all contingent worker onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Coordinate setup of global IDs, computer shipments, and system access

  • Approve password reset requests

  • Send and track training reminders for overdue requirements

  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time in a high-volume environment

  • Anticipate next steps, connect information to action items, and ask clarifying questions to drive priorities forward

Qualifications:

  • 0 3 years of professional, post-college work experience

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • No prior IT background required we provide full training
