Job Details
We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) professional to design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions. This role involves building dashboards, datasets, recipes, and lenses, enabling actionable insights through automation. The position will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performing CRM Analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
Must Have:
- Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) expertise
- Lightning components development and configuration
- Apex development
- SOQL & SOSL
- Dataset creation and management
- Dashboard and lens design
- Recipe creation and data transformation
- Automation of lenses/dashboards
Good to Have (Nice to Have):
- AI integration use cases within CRM Analytics
- Experience with predictive analytics or other Einstein AI features
- Salesforce DataCloud and AI
