Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
CMDB Strategy & Governance
  • Develop and execute CMDB implementation roadmap aligned with EOTSS strategy.
  • Define governance framework, CI classes, data quality, and relationships.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and establish KPIs for data quality.
Technical Implementation & Integration
  • Configure and optimize ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
  • Integrate with tools like OpsRamp, Armis, SolarWinds, Splunk ITSI, HP Workforce Experience, and Backup/DR platforms.
  • Manage discovery, reconciliation, normalization, and dashboards.
Training & Documentation
  • Develop design documents, process guides, and runbooks.
  • Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with leadership and ServiceNow admins.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and drive adoption.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of ITSM experience, with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise CMDB rollouts in large orgs or public sector.
Expertise in:
  • ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping
  • IT Asset Management (Hardware, Software, Cloud)
  • ITIL v4 Configuration Management
  • Infrastructure (Network, Security, Server, Backup/DR, Monitoring)
  • Strong integration and data modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences.
Preferred Certifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CMDB
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Discovery / Service Mapping Certifications
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
