The Role:
We're seeking a motivated Test and Reliability Engineering Co-Op to join our team this Spring of 2026. This co-op offers hands-on experience in a test lab environment where you'll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into creating and working on lab order requests. You'll collaborate with the reliability engineering team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!

Join our Team as a Test and Reliability Engineering Co-Op!
The Role:
We're seeking a motivated Test and Reliability Engineering Co-Op to join our team this Spring of 2026. This co-op offers hands-on experience in a test lab environment where you'll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into creating and working on lab order requests. You'll collaborate with the reliability engineering team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Working as an entry-level engineer with an assigned mentor.
- Assisting with lab order request creation.
- Executing test cases on a wide range for material handling equipment.
- Assisting with daily lab operations
- Working in a corporate team environment working on designing and implementing fixtures and automation to increase lab productivity.
What We're Looking For:
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Academic year: Junior or above
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Available for onsite assignment in our Greene, NY location from January to May or January to August.
