Role: SAP Workforce Software Consultant
Duration: 1+ Year (201 days, 50.25 days onsite, 2 days/week)
Location: Hybrid - Rosemead, CA (With Expense)
Job Description-
1. Solution Validation & Best Practices
Review and validate system integrator's proposed functional and technical design/documentation.
Ensure solution aligns with industry best practices and SAP WFS standards
Advice on how to best leverage out-of-the-box capabilities vs. customizations
2. Design Assurance (Time & Job Scheduling)
Advice on shift patterns, time policies, job rotations, and task assignments.
Ensure that regulatory, union, or site-specific time rules are properly captured.
Recommend ways to optimize job scheduling for workforce efficiency and compliance.
Validate design decisions for:
-Time collection rules
-Absence/leave management
-Scheduling rules and constraints
Advice on how to design business-friendly processes and screens
3. Data Migration & Integration Strategy Support
Review data mapping and transformation logic from SAP ECC to SAP WFS.
Provide advisory input on integration touchpoints with:
- SAP SuccessFactors
-Payroll (e.g., SAP ECP, 3rd party payroll systems)
-SAP S/4HANA
-SSAM
Help provide product support to troubleshoot issues arising during testing
