Job Title: Oracle PPM Cloud Consultant

Location: Remote (Milestone Travel as Required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Cloud Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud implementations, with a strong understanding of PPM modules, project financials, and integrations to support end-to-end project lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support Oracle PPM Cloud implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Configure and customize Oracle PPM modules such as:
    • Project Financial Management
    • Project Costing & Billing
    • Grants Management
    • Resource Management
    • Project Contracts
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create functional/technical design documents.
  • Perform system testing, UAT, and provide end-user training.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, SCM) to ensure smooth integration and data flow.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud PPM (Project Portfolio Management).
  • Strong functional knowledge of Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and related financial modules.
  • Experience in full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Financials Cloud and integrations with PPM.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud Certifications (PPM, Financials).
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.
