Seeking an experienced Workday Security Analyst to configure, maintain, and advise on security within the Workday application ecosystem, including domain security policies, roles, and role assignments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Workday security configurations, coordinating with vendors, maintaining security policies, conducting security audits, and ensuring compliance with data privacy standards. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday security features, SOX compliance, and data privacy regulations. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security controls, perform access reviews, and support internal/external audits while staying current with Workday's security roadmap.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in security
• 2+ years of experience with HR/Finance application security
• Strong knowledge of Workday security features and controls
• Experience with SOX compliance and data privacy regulations
• Proven track record in security configuration and maintenance
• Excellence in verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• HR/Finance functional experience preferred
• Workday certification or formal training preferred
• Demonstrated ability to enforce security policies and practices
• Experience conducting security audits and access reviews
