About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer - Java to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in Java development with hands-on experience building scalable, microservices-based applications using modern frameworks and tools. This role requires a proactive problem solver with strong backend expertise and familiarity with modern front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Build and consume RESTful APIs
- Implement database solutions using SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, MariaDB), including performance tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions in a cloud-native environment
- Apply best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD using Jenkins, Maven/Gradle
- Debug and monitor applications using Kibana, Dynatrace, and Cloud Foundry
- Use source control tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Write clean, testable code following Object Oriented Design Patterns
- Contribute to front-end development using React and Node.js as needed
- Work in Agile/Scrum development environments
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor s degree or higher
- 2 4 years of hands-on Java development experience
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with multiple relational databases
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and performance testing (JMeter)
- Familiarity with debugging and monitoring tools including Kibana and Dynatrace
- Understanding of software design patterns and modern development best practices
- Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Preferred qualifications:
- Working knowledge of React, Node.js, and other modern front-end frameworks
- Exposure to AWS, Kubernetes, Splunk, and Cloud Foundry
