Required:
Minimum 15+ years of professional work experience in performance engineering with exposure in SAP systems
Strong experience in performance engineering of SAP applications
Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages
Strong knowledge of performance tuning of DB and SQL queries
Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppD and Splunk

Roles/Responsibilities:
Define, develop, and apply performance and scalability benchmarks to ensure optimal system functionality.
DB performance tuning, Log analysis
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to characterize, debug, and enhance system performance and scalability across various components.
Utilize profiling tools efficiently to identify performance bottlenecks, providing in-depth root cause analysis.
Design and conduct experiments to assess the performance impacts of system modifications and enhancements.
Plan, execute, and analyze performance tests using an automated testing environment, ensuring comprehensive result evaluation.
Participate in architecture and design reviews of complex solutions across teams, owning the quality perspectives for the design and contributing to cross-team engineering efforts.
Oversee performance engineering for SAP systems, ensuring optimal efficiency and stability.
Perform performance testing on SAP applications, analyzing the results to drive improvements.
Contribute to the successful implementation of S/4 HANA, focusing on performance aspects of the system.
Write and maintain scripts and tools using one or more programming languages to aid in performance analysis.
Tune databases and optimize SQL queries to ensure high performance in production and testing environments.
Leverage Application Performance Management (APM) tools, such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk, to monitor and optimize system performance.
