Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implementation & optimization - Lead configuration, customization, and integration efforts for ServiceNow modules. Continuously improve workflows and portfolio performance.
- Technical leadership - Provide guidance to development teams, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
- Stakeholder engagement - Collaborate with business and IT leaders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

- Experience---8+ years in ServiceNow, with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management and IT Service Management (ITSM)
Must Have Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SACM, CSDM, HRSD, and SPM.
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API)
- REST/SOAP integrations, and familiarity with Integration Hub
- Understanding of workflow automation, Flow Designer, and compliance frameworks (ISO/NIST)
Nice to Have Skills: Cloud-based computing system.
