Strong technical expertise in TMS (e.g., SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder) Experience designing and integrating IT solutions for TMS Proven track record in managing large IT programs and digital transformation initiatives. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Waterfall) Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. GxP validation preferred. |
