Proven expertise in developing applications using the Smalltalk programming language
Strong background in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles and methodologies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to a wide range of audiences
Experience operating within complex technical environments involving multiple system integrations
