RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in New York, NY that is seeking a partially remote SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant to join their team.
Duties:
* Lead implementation activities for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and related time management solutions
* Manage end-to-end migration from SAP on-premise ECC Payroll to Employee Central Payroll
* Build and maintain client relationships, delivering value and fostering long-term partnerships
* Research and resolve complex client inquiries, staying current on emerging trends and technologies
* Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to stakeholders at all levels
REQUIREMENTS:
* Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
* 6-8 years of experience in SAP Payroll implementation, including global projects
* 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Employee Central Payroll and its replication with Employee Central
* Experience implementing SAP Payroll Control Center and SAP ECC Payroll
* Strong communication and client management skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
