Role: Oracle Subscription & Usage Management, Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Hybrid San Francisco, CA
Employment Type: Contract
Oracle Subscription & Usage Management, Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in managing subscription billing, usage-based invoicing, and integration technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring seamless subscription lifecycle management and revenue optimization
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Oracle Subscription & Usage Management solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle applications using Application Composer to enhance subscription workflows.
- Develop OTBI & BI Publisher reports to provide insights into subscription revenue and usage trends.
- Design and develop SQL/PLSQL scripts for subscription data processing and automation.
- Implement Groovy Scripts to refine business logic governing subscription cycles, renewals, and proration.
- Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs for integration with external subscription platforms and billing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize subscription lifecycle management and automate usage-based billing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in Oracle Subscription Management applications.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant at least 2+ years experience on Subscription & Usage Management.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Subscription Management, recurring billing, and usage-based pricing models.
- Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Application Composer.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL/PLSQL & Groovy Script for subscription rule automation.
- Extensive knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs (Webservices) for subscription integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced subscription-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials or ERP implementations related to subscription billing.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and advanced reporting tools for subscription analytics.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and middleware solutions for subscription system integration.
