Summary

Job Role: Network Engineer

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering or network administration.
Proficiency with Cisco or equivalent networking technologies (routers, switches, wireless, etc.).
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and firewalls.
Experience supporting retail POS systems or distributed network environments preferred.
Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, Wireshark).
Working knowledge of network security concepts and collaboration with NetSec teams.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Cisco certification (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent).
