- Provide technical support to clients via phone and email
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
- Manage inbound and outbound support calls professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical problems efficiently
Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Windows and Windows-based applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
