Senior UI/UX Designer

• The UI/UX XXgner will lead complex design projects for the Omnia application, partnering with Product Owners and business groups to develop screen and process designs using Figma.
• This position requires an understanding of business processes and a focus on customer value while adhering to design standards.
• The position requires availability during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Responsibilities or Duties:

• Drive the discovery-design process by gathering user needs, recommendations, and requirements, following design guides.
• Develop screen and process designs in Figma, leveraging design guides.
• Oversee adherence to design standards and maintain design guides.
• Provide direction and feedback to the UI/UX design team on mockups and wireframes.
• CollaboXX closely with stakeholders, SMEs, development teams, business analysts, and end-users to evaluate, define, and prioritize business requirements.
• Maintain a product mindset that prioritizes customer satisfaction and delivering value through the Omnia product.
• Utilize agile methodologies in the development process, from sprint planning to daily stand-ups.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancements.
• Provide regular updates on status, timelines, and issues, and review final outcomes with the client to obtain sign-off.

Qualification or Education:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design (including user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing).

Experience:

• Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in user requirements gathering and business process mapping.
• In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
