Technical Instructional Designer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Instructional Designer to join a team focused on developing internal employee experience tools. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of AI-focused solutions that will enhance user experiences. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and strategic thinker with a passion for creating clear, engaging content that supports and informs users. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, researchers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into effective content and help shape the product's voice and tone.

• Organize and write technical materials, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and accuracy
• Maintain records and files of work and revisions
• Collaborate with a variety of team members to establish technical specifications and content requirements
• Write UI content and uphold content strategy standards

5-7 years of experience in a technical writing or instructional design role

Experience with content writing, proofreading, and taxonomy development

A portfolio demonstrating successful UI writing solutions

Ability to read some programming code is a plus
