Role Overview

S/4 Program/Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of SAP MRP and EWM deployments across multiple Midwest plants. You ll run the program plan and budget, coordinate vendors and internal teams, manage risks/issues/decisions, and lead change management through go-live and hypercare.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the integrated plan (scope, schedule, budget, resources) for 3 rollouts.
  • Orchestrate build, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare; maintain RAID logs and status reports.
  • Coordinate vendors, IT, and business stakeholders; lead governance and steering updates.
  • Align solution decisions across MRP/EWM with manufacturing operations and plant readiness.
  • Lead change management: comms, training plans, SOP updates, and adoption metrics.
  • Ensure data readiness, environment strategy, and deployment quality gates are met.
  • Track KPIs and benefits; stabilize operations post-go-live.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of SAP program/project management, including S/4HANA deployments.
  • Proven experience with SAP MRP and SAP EWM in manufacturing/plant environments.
  • Strong cutover management, testing leadership (SIT/UAT), and vendor governance.
  • Budget management, executive reporting, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Tools: MS Project/Smartsheet/Jira/Confluence (or similar). PMP/Agile certs a plus.
  • Willing to travel to Midwest plants (approx. 1 2 trips per plant; up to ~6 total).

Deliverables

  • Integrated project plan and budget; weekly status and steering packs.
  • RAID log with mitigation/ownership; cutover plan and runbook.
  • Testing strategy, scripts oversight, and sign-offs.
