Job Description: Tulip MES Developer
6-12 months
100% remote, EST working hours
Our Client is seeking an experienced Tulip Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Developer to join a small team responsible for a critical digital transformation initiative. The successful candidate will be a senior, hands-on expert in the Tulip platform, capable of leading the project and potentially supported by junior resources. They are looking for 2-4 resources.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Tulip applications to digitize and manage over 200 paper-based logbooks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app logic, performance, and data flow.
- Ensure the developed solutions meet user requirements and are adaptable and scalable for different site-specific processes.
- Produce technical documentation and process maps for the implemented solutions.
- Down the road, there would be potential for them to leverage this resource to explore and implement potential integrations between Tulip and existing enterprise systems, such as SAP, to link assets and their records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in MES development, with specific, hands-on experience using the Tulip platform.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and the digital transformation process.
- Familiarity with systems integration, particularly with ERP platforms like SAP.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead a small development team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business domains.
- A background in pharmaceutical or similar regulated industries is a plus
