Job Description:
We are seeking a Workforce Software Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in configuring and supporting Workforce Software solutions with a focus on timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance.
Responsibilities:
System Configuration: Set up, configure, and customize Workforce Software modules (timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, payroll) to meet client requirements.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design effective workforce management solutions.
Integration Development: Build and maintain interfaces between Workforce Software and client systems using Python, SQL, web services (SOAP/REST), or other integration tools.
Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve technical, functional, and configuration issues post-implementation.
Collaboration: Work within an agile environment, coordinating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver successful implementations.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of workforce management principles: time, attendance, and scheduling.
Proficiency in configuration tools and scripting languages (Python, SQL, JavaScript).
Experience with integration technologies such as SOAP and REST (preferred).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
