This role oversees a team of application specialists and analysts, works closely with business leaders, and ensures the effective utilization, integration, and enhancement of multiple enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CMMS and procurement application specialists.
- Partner with operations, maintenance, procurement, and finance leaders to identify opportunities for process and system improvement.
- Oversee configuration, upgrades, and integrations for CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Maximo, Ivara, Dynastar).
- Implement / integrate / migrate applications to achieve system harmony and maximize operational efficiencies.
- Manage application governance, project roadmaps, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure system compliance with licensing, security, regulatory standards, and operational best practices.
- Actively guide / participate in major initiatives to ensure quality project delivery and on-time execution.
- Track and report on key metrics for system usage, performance, and return on investment.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on knowledge of CMMS platforms and procurement systems, preferably IBM Maximo.
- Experience in manufacturing or similar asset-intensive industrial environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources within a matrixed international distributed environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, vendor partners, and business stakeholders.

- Cadence: 5 Days Onsite
- International Travel: Approximately 25% (1 week per month)
- Target Compensation: $120k - $150k plus bonus potential
