Oracle Procurement Functional Consultant (Source-to-Pay and Punchout Integration)

Job Title: Oracle Procurement Functional Consultant (Source-to-Pay and Punchout Integration)
Location: remote with travel to Chicago occasionally
Job Type: Contract - 40 hrs/ week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud, focusing on Source-to-Pay processes, including Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoices.
- Design, configure, and implement Punchout Integration with Oracle Procurement Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with external catalogs and suppliers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Source-to-Pay processes and Punchout Integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, test plans, and training materials.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize Oracle Procurement Cloud.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12, with a focus on Source-to-Pay processes.
- Proven expertise in Punchout Integration with Oracle Procurement Cloud, including configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, including requisitioning, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
