Job Details

Title: IBM Sterling Integration Lead / Architect
Location: Denver, C & Austin, TX Onsite Day 1 | Local candidates are required

Job Type: Contract

IBM Sterling Enterprise platform (B2B, SFG, and SSP) ,Sterling BPML, Unix, Linux, Windows, JCL, Javascript, SQL, Solid understanding of File Transfer protocols SSH, SSL,Networking, and Banking systems methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development team in designing, coding, testing, and deploying the applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure the integration of legacy systems with AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance on Sterling platform.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system design and processes,

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IBM Sterling Enterprise platform.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS CLOUD SERVICES and infrastructure.
  • Experience with system integration with internal and external syste.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Technical Skills:

  • IBM Sterling Enterprise platform (B2B, SFG, and SSP) ,Sterling BPML,
  • Good knowledge of Unix, Linux, Windows, JCL, Javascript, SQL,
  • Solid understanding of File Transfer protocols SSH, SSL, Networking, and Banking systems methodologies
  • DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and version control systems.
  • Disaster Recovery and High Availability: Implementing solutions to ensure system resilience and data integrity
  • Security and Compliance: Ensuring data encryption, user authentication, and adherence to industry standards

Modern Technologies: Integration of legacy systems with cloud, AI, and web applications

  • Experience with other programming languages and technologies (e.g., Python).
