Location: Plano TX / Jersey City NJ ( Weekly 5 day Onsite )
Duration: 12 Months.
Pay Range : $53-54/hr

- Work flow automation in ServiceNow
- Automatic catch and expert
- ITSM experience (Incident/Problem/RCA Management)
- Automation/Scripting for incident reduction and looking at health of the ticketing systems
- Defining success of SRE measuring & reporting
- AWS knowledge
- Familiarity with SRE process/terminology
- Workflow automations in ServiceNow (SNOW)
