Job Description:

  • Obtains qualified financial and consulting resources to support financial and human capital operations so it has the resources required to fill positions in the ERP modernization program for system implementation.
  • Maintains a strong capacity to evaluate financial data and develop timely financial and compliance related reports to support the audit.
  • Maintains favorable "clean audits of its financial statements, single audit, and other financial and compliance-related reports.
  • Continues to establish, strengthen and maintain a sound internal control environment.
  • Provides guidance and assistance in meeting and adhering to regulatory requirements inclusive of new Accounting Standards or pronouncement requirements.
  • Provides strong support for human capital management within the areas of workforce planning, employee relations, compensation analysis, and talent acquisition; and
  • Continues to establish, strengthen and maintain sound operating components by providing administrative and operational solutions.

Education & Experience:

  • Will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree. CPA or CIA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience at a Senior Accounting/Analyst/Auditor level related to engagements for financial institutions, real estate, public and/or private sector, Federal, State or Local government or other specialized area defined by a task order.
