Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead and oversee complex projects within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage cross-functional teams, align project objectives with business goals, and drive successful outcomes in dynamic environments. As a Contract-to-permanent position, this opportunity offers the potential for long-term collaboration with a focus on delivering impactful results.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of initiatives.
Assign tasks and coordinate resources across teams to optimize project execution.
Lead cross-functional teams and foster open communication to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and performance metrics that align with organizational priorities.
Identify risks early and establish mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions and safeguard project outcomes.
Promote agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, to enhance team productivity and project efficiency.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure consistent reporting to leadership on project status and outcomes.
Advocate for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine processes and adopt best practices.
Prepare and manage accurate project documentation to ensure accessibility and transparency.
Drive innovation and encourage the adoption of cutting-edge solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent detail-oriented experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex IT or digital transformation projects.
Expertise in agile project management frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Proven ability to manage budgets and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead diverse teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
Certifications such as Project Management credentials (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are preferred.
Demonstrated experience in cloud migrations, AI integrations, or similar digital initiatives.
Adaptive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate fast-paced environments.
